Having received over 40 applications (a record number amongst High School clubs) and after being highly praised for our glories in a national level, nobody was surprised when the Club announced it will be taking part in the SpySpheres competition. We saw SpySpheres as a chance to increase our knowledge on the field of programming even more but also we thought of this year’s tournament as an opportunity to establish ourselves as a force to be reckoned with when it comes to STEM activities. Having finished second overall in last year’s competition, we decided not to rest on our laurels but instead take part in the competition where we met our greatest challenge. However, every year is a new chance for SIMA Club members to improve both on a personal and a group level, while maintaining previous year’s environment which prioritized learning.
In conclusion, we hope this year provides us with the opportunity to strengthen our knowledge of Mathematics, Physics and Programming. We would like to wish luck to every single competitor out there.
See you in space!
